DMBud lets a business connect its own Instagram Business account and its own Shopify or WooCommerce store to automatically reply to and DM commenters on its own posts. By creating a workspace, you agree to these terms.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through Razorpay. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Cancelling keeps your plan active until the end of your current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time within a period unless required by law.
DMBud depends on third-party platforms (Meta/Instagram, Shopify, WooCommerce, Razorpay). We are not responsible for outages, API changes, or account restrictions on those third-party platforms that are outside our control.
We may suspend or terminate a workspace that violates these terms, Meta's platform policies, or applicable law, including sending spam or abusive automated messages. You may close your account at any time; see our Data Deletion page for how to request removal of your data.
DMBud is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that every comment will be matched or replied to, as this depends on third-party platform availability and rate limits.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of DMBud after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
