What exactly counts as a "DM reply" against my monthly limit?
Public replies posted under a comment are always free and never count. Only DM-shaped sends — an automated DM reply, or a private DM sent alongside a comment reply — count against your plan's monthly limit.
Can I preview a reply before it's ever sent to a real customer?
Yes — Test mode lets you see exactly what an automation would say before it goes live, on every plan.
What happens if I go over my monthly DM limit?
Automated sends pause until your next billing cycle or until you upgrade — there's no surprise overage charge.
Is the Free plan a trial, or free forever?
Free forever, not a time-limited trial. Paid plans (Pro and Business) each come with their own 14-day free trial if you want to try the higher tiers before paying.
Do automated replies disclose that they're automated?
Yes. Every automated DM includes a disclosure, and you choose whether it appears at the beginning or end of the message — this follows Instagram's own messaging policy for automated replies.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel from Billing whenever you like, no lock-in contract. You keep access through the end of your current billing period.
